Who can qualify?

• Play the MPF 2026 Tournaments as listed below, to win a seat/package into the Live event.

You can win a “seat only” prize, or a “package prize” as follows:

It is hereby clarified that the players shall be solely responsible for booking their own travel

arrangements and the players shall be solely responsible for making sure their passport is

valid and that they have a visa to enter the country of the tournament, if applicable.

Entry Tickets

All entry tickets are valid only in “MPF” tournaments during the promotion and expire after the promotion is over, as stated in the table above.

All “€XX MPF PACKAGE Auto Sep26”, “€125 MPF PCKG Auto Sep26” & “€XX MPF SEAT Auto Sep26” auto registration entry tickets are valid only in “MPF” target tournaments during the Promotion Period and directly register players to the target event.

“MPF Autumn 2026 €2,250 Package” & “MPF Autumn 2026 €600 Seat” tickets will be issued online to package / seat winners as a placeholder prize for the live event and cannot be used online.

Packages and seats are non-refundable. non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.

You must play or forfeit the seat. Any taxes, insurance and other expenses relating to the

prize will be the sole responsibility of each winner.

Please review carefully the content of the package. Packages are provided on an “AS-IS”

basis, and Operator shall not be liable in any way whatsoever to any acts or omissions of

third party suppliers, including without limitation, airlines, carriage service providers. For the

avoidance of any doubt, it is hereby clarified that Operator shall not be responsible in any

way for the nature of the event or prizes and their respective quality, and you hereby waive

any claim and/or demand in relation thereto.

By playing the MPF online tournaments you declare that you are ready and able to travel to

Malta, in order to participate at the Malta Poker Festival Autumn 2026 Live event. This

includes any and all documents required for travel to the destination. The minimum age to

enter the casino in Malta is 18 for non – Maltese residents and 25 for Maltese citizens.

All seats for the “Malta Poker Festival Autumn 2026” won via an Online platform MUST be used in the destination tournament “MPF Grand Event Day 1X” in Malta (the “Destination Tournament”). Players can choose from Day-1 flight B to G.

In case a player won multiple seats, they can enter multiple Day 1 events (“MPF Grand Event Day 1X”). Players will only be able to carry over their largest stack into “MPF Grand Event Day 2”, should they qualify from multiple Day-1 events in Malta.

The onus is on the player to play the first seat and then arrange transfer to another player if required of additional seats won.

Every effort must be made by the player to ensure they play / use all seats they qualified for.

Under NO circumstances will refunds be issued by the event organisers and\or the Operator.

Promotion cancellation or variation

• We can cancel this promotion or change these terms and conditions where necessary to comply with law or regulation, to prevent fraud or similar unlawful behaviour, or by giving you notice beforehand, if the change or cancellation is for any other valid reason such as a software fault or incorrect terms and conditions. Any such variation or cancellation will not apply to you if you have commenced play in relation to the promotion, prior to the date of the communication of the variation or cancellation.
• If a tournament is cancelled or interrupted, BOYLE sports will return the buy in or the network tickets to the players and they will be able to register for the next available event. BOYLE sports will not offer any additional compensation to the players if the event is cancelled or interrupted, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.

Prohibitions and sanctions

• BOYLE Sports reserve the right to void and/or withhold winnings from free bets and may close the account(s) if there is a legitimate need to amend the offer, such as if it being abused, or is subject to fraudulent activity. Legitimate needs may include but are not limited to: account(s) sharing IP addresses, same family name/address, payment method, bank identification numbers or other common identifiers.

  where necessary to prevent fraud or other similar unlawful behaviour.
