Who can qualify?

• Customers must be 18 or over to participate.
• Play the BOM 2026 Tournaments as listed below, to win a seat/package into the Live event.

• Play any of the “BOM 2026” tournaments, to be able to win a seat or a Package to the BOM 2026 which plays 27th October 2026 – 4th November 2026

• Accommodation dates are flexible based on your Day 1 choice.
• Spending money including travel expenses: €300.
• It is hereby clarified that the players shall be solely responsible for booking their own travel arrangements and the players shall be solely responsible for making sure their passport is valid and that they have a visa to enter the country of the tournament, if applicable.

Entry Tickets

All entry tickets are valid only in “Battle of Malta” tournaments during the promotion.

“€XX BOM A 2026 Entry” entry tickets and expire 2 months after having been issued. After the promotion they will be linked to all tournaments with the same buy in value.

All “€XX BOM A 2026 Auto” auto registration entry tickets are valid only in Battle of Malta” Qualifier target tournaments during the Promotion Period and directly register players to the target event. “BOM A 2026 €1,900 Package” and “BOM A 2026 €600 Seat” tickets will be issued online to package winners as a placeholder prize for the live event and cannot be used online.

Packages and seats are non-refundable. non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.

You must play or forfeit the seat. Any taxes, insurance and other expenses relating to the

prize will be the sole responsibility of each winner.

Please review carefully the content of the package. Packages are provided on an “AS-IS”

basis, and Operator shall not be liable in any way whatsoever to any acts or omissions of

third party suppliers, including without limitation, airlines, carriage service providers. For the

avoidance of any doubt, it is hereby clarified that Operator shall not be responsible in any

way for the nature of the event or prizes and their respective quality, and you hereby waive

any claim and/or demand in relation thereto.

By playing the Battle of Malta online tournaments you declare that you are ready and able to travel to Malta, in order to participate at the Battle of Malta Live event. This includes any and all documents required for travel to the destination.

The minimum age to enter the casino in Malta is 18 for non – Maltese residents and 25 for Maltese citizens.

The first seat for the “Battle of Malta” 2026 won via an Online platform MUST be used in the destination tournament “NLH BOM Let the Battle Begin Day 1X” from 28th October 2026 in Malta (the “Destination Tournament”).

In case a player won multiple seats, they can enter multiple Day 1 events (“NLH BOM Let the Battle Begin Day 1X”) or they can use the €600 buy to enter other Battle of Malta events (any other €600 buy in event or as a part-payment for an event with a higher buy in).

Players will only be able to carry over their largest stack into “NLH BOM Let the Battle Begin Day 2”, should they qualify from multiple Day-1 events in Malta.

The onus is on the player to play the first seat and then arrange transfer of additional seats won to another tournament or player if required.

If a player has already qualified to Day-2 and still has ME tickets left, he has an option to:

• • Play another Day 1.
  • Transfer the ticket to another player at the location.
  • Change the ticket to other tournament tickets with a possibility to top up in cash.

Every effort must be made by the player to ensure they play / use all seats they qualified for.

Under NO circumstances will refunds be issued by the event organisers and\or the Operator.

Promotion cancellation or variation

• We can cancel this promotion or change these terms and conditions where necessary to comply with law or regulation, to prevent fraud or similar unlawful behaviour, or by giving you notice beforehand, if the change or cancellation is for any other valid reason such as a software fault or incorrect terms and conditions. Any such variation or cancellation will not apply to you if you have commenced play in relation to the promotion, prior to the date of the communication of the variation or cancellation.
• If a tournament is cancelled or interrupted, BOYLE sports will return the buy in or the network tickets to the players and they will be able to register for the next available event. BOYLE sports will not offer any additional compensation to the players if the event is cancelled or interrupted, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.

Prohibitions and sanctions

• BOYLE Sports reserve the right to void and/or withhold winnings from free bets and may close the account(s) if there is a legitimate need to amend the offer, such as if it being abused, or is subject to fraudulent activity. Legitimate needs may include but are not limited to: account(s) sharing IP addresses, same family name/address, payment method, bank identification numbers or other common identifiers.
• BOYLE Sports reserve the right to exclude and/or limit the availability of this offer to customers,
  where necessary to prevent fraud or other similar unlawful behaviour.
