• Event Dates: 23rd September 2025 - 28th September 2025
• Venue: Gleneagle Arena, Killarney, Ireland
• €500,000 Guarantee Main Event with a buy-in of €700:
  • “Irish Poker Cup Main Event Day 1” from 24th to 27th September 2025
  • Day 1A on 24/09/2025
  • Day 1B & 1C on 25/09/2025
  • Day 1D, 1E & 1F on 26/09/2025
  • Day 1G & Day 2 on 27/09/2025
  • Final on 28/09/2025
• Players can choose any Day 1 Flight.
• “Irish Poker Cup Main Event Day 1” is played until the end of Level 15, and all the remaining players move to Day-2. Players will reach the Minimum Cash in Day-2, once 10% of the total field remains.

By participating in the satellites you declare yourself eligible for the main event.

1. Packages and seats are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash. You must play or forfeit the seat. Any taxes, insurance and other expenses relating to the prize will be the sole responsibility of each winner.
2. Please review carefully the content of the package. Packages are provided on an “AS-IS” basis, and Operator shall not be liable in any way whatsoever to any acts or omissions of third party suppliers, including without limitation, airlines, carriage service providers. For the avoidance of any doubt, it is hereby clarified that Operator shall not be responsible in any way for the nature of the event or prizes and their respective quality, and you hereby waive any claim and/or demand in relation thereto.
3. By playing The Killarney Festival 2025 online tournaments you declare that you are ready and able to travel to Killarney (Ireland), in order to participate at The Killarney Festival 2025 Live event. This includes any and all documents required for travel to the destination.
4. All seats for “The Killarney Festival 2025” won via an Online platform MUST be used in the destination tournament “Irish Poker Cup Main Event Day 1X” from 24th to 26th September (the “Destination Tournament”) or if a player has won several seats in another The Killarney Festival tournament from 23rd September 2025 - 28th September 2025 in Killarney.
5. In case a player won multiple seats, they can enter multiple Day 1 events “Irish Poker Cup Main Event Day 1X”. The onus is on the player to play the first seat and then arrange transfer of additional seats won to another tournament or player if required.
6. “Irish Poker Cup Main Event Day 1” is played until the end of Level 15, and all the remaining players move to Day-2. Players will reach the Minimum Cash in Day-2, once 10% of the total field remains. Players can enter multiple Day 1 events (“Irish Poker Cup Main Event Day 1”). Players will only be able to carry over their largest stack into Irish Poker Cup Main Event Day 2” on 27th September 2025, should they qualify from multiple Day-1 events in Killarney.
7. If a player has already qualified to Day-2 and still has ME tickets left, he has an option to:
   1. Play another Day 1.
   2. Transfer the ticket to another player at the location.
   3. Change the ticket to other tournament tickets with a possibility to top up in cash.
8. Every effort must be made by the player to ensure they play / use all seats won. Under NO circumstances will refunds be issued by the event organisers and\or the Operator.

Promotional cancellation or variation
We can cancel this promotion or change these terms and conditions where necessary to comply with law or regulation, to prevent fraud or similar unlawful behaviour, or by giving you notice beforehand, if the change or cancellation is for any other valid reason such as a software fault or incorrect terms and conditions. Any such variation or cancellation will not apply to you if you have commenced play in relation to the promotion, prior to the date of the communication of the variation or cancellation.
