Entry Tickets

All entry tickets are valid only in “The Festival” tournaments during the Promotion Period and expire after the promotion ends as stated above.

All “€XX The Festival MT2025 Auto” auto registration entry tickets are valid only in “The Festival” target tournaments during the Promotion Period and directly register players to the target event.

“TF Malta 2025 €1,850 Package” & “TF Malta 2025 €550 Seat” tickets will be issued online to package / seat winners as a placeholder prize for the live event and cannot be used online.

It is hereby clarified that the players shall be solely responsible for booking their own travel arrangements and the players shall be solely responsible for making sure their passport is valid and that they have a visa to enter the country of the tournament, if applicable.

Packages and seats are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash. You must play or forfeit the seat. Any taxes, insurance and other expenses relating to the prize will be the sole responsibility of each winner.

Please review carefully the content of the package. Packages are provided on an “AS-IS” basis, and Operator shall not be liable in any way whatsoever to any acts or omissions of third party suppliers, including without limitation, airlines, carriage service providers. For the avoidance of any doubt, it is hereby clarified that Operator shall not be responsible in any way for the nature of the event or prizes and their respective quality, and you hereby waive any claim and/or demand in relation thereto.

By playing The Festival in Malta online tournaments you declare that you are ready and able to travel to Malta, in order to participate at The Festival in Malta Live event. This includes any and all documents required for travel to the destination. The minimum age to enter the casino in Malta is 18 for non – Maltese residents and 25 for Maltese citizens.

All seats for “The Festival in Malta” won via an Online platform MUST be used in the destination tournament “The Festival Main Event - Day 1X” from 16th September 2025 (the
Sensitivity: Internal
“Destination Tournament”) or if a player has won several seats in another The Festival tournament from 15th September 2025 to 21st September 2025 in Malta.

Maximum amount of “The Festival in Malta” packages that a player can win by qualifying via Online platform satellites: 1 per player during the Promotion Period. Once the player wins a package, he will be excluded from all the future package satellites during the Promotion Period . The player may still participate in Seat only satellites after winning a package.

In case a player won multiple seats, they can enter multiple Day 1 events “The Festival Main Event - Day 1X”).
The onus is on the player to play the first seat and then arrange transfer of additional seats won to another tournament or player if required.

Players will only be able to carry over one stack into “The Festival Main Event - Day 2” on 20th September 2025, should they qualify from multiple Day-1 events in Malta.
The tournament “The Festival Main Event - Day 1X”is played in “surrender mode” (players can choose to forfeit a stack that has qualified to day 2 and re-enter in another Day 1).
If a player has already qualified to Day-2 and still has ME tickets left, he has an option to:

Transfer the ticket to another player at the location.
Change the ticket to other tournament tickets with a possibility to top up in cash.

Every effort must be made by the player to ensure they play / use all seats won. Under NO circumstances will refunds be issued by the event organisers and\or the Operator.

By participating in this promotion, you acknowledge that you have been pre-registered to play with the event organiser, who is considered the data controller. For any privacy related questions, please go to https://www.thefestival.com/privacy-policy.

To participate in the revenue mission, players must opt in once for the duration of the Revenue Mission Qualification Period, as defined below via the poker software.

Revenue Mission Qualification Period: 14/07/2025 01:00 BST – 31/08/2025 18:00 BST

Maximum amount of “€100 The Festival MT [Mission]” entry tickets issued for completing the revenue mission: 1 per player during the Revenue Mission Qualification Period.

The revenue mission will award “€100 The Festival MT [Mission]” entry tickets that are valid only in “The Festival” tournaments during the Promotion Period. “€100 The Festival MT [Mission]” entry tickets expire on the 01/09/2025.

Promotional cancellation or variation

We can cancel this promotion or change these terms and conditions where necessary to comply with law or regulation, to prevent fraud or similar unlawful behaviour, or by giving you notice beforehand, if the change or cancellation is for any other valid reason such as a software fault or incorrect terms and conditions. Any such variation or cancellation will not apply to you if you have commenced play in relation to the promotion, prior to the date of the communication of the variation or cancellation.
Prohibitions and sanctions

BoyleSports reserve the right to void and/or withhold winnings from bets and may close the account(s) if there is a legitimate need to amend the offer, such as if it being abused, or is subject to fraudulent activity. Legitimate needs may include but are not limited to: account(s) sharing IP addresses, same family name/address, payment method, bank identification numbers or other common identifiers. BoyleSports reserve the right to exclude and/or limit the availability of this offer to customers, where necessary to prevent fraud or other similar unlawful behaviour.
