Play any of the “MPF 2025” tournaments, to be able to win a seat or a Package to the MPF 2025 which plays 27th April - 5th May 2025.

You can win a “seat only” prize, or a “package prize” as follows:

Entry Tickets

All entry tickets are valid only in “MPF” tournaments during the promotion and expire after the promotion is over, as stated in the table above.

It is hereby clarified that the players shall be solely responsible for booking their own travel arrangements and the players shall be solely responsible for making sure their passport is valid and that they have a visa to enter the country of the tournament, if applicable.

Packages and seats are non-refundable. non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash. You must play or forfeit the seat. Any taxes, insurance and other expenses relating to the prize will be the sole responsibility of each winner.

Please review carefully the content of the package. Packages are provided on an “AS-IS” basis, and Operator shall not be liable in any way whatsoever to any acts or omissions of third party suppliers, including without limitation, airlines, carriage service providers. For the avoidance of any doubt, it is hereby clarified that Operator shall not be responsible in any way for the nature of the event or prizes and their respective quality, and you hereby waive any claim and/or demand in relation thereto.

By playing the MPF online tournaments you declare that you are ready and able to travel to Malta, in order to participate at the Malta Poker Festival Spring 2025 Live event. This includes any and all documents required for travel to the destination. The minimum age to enter the casino in Malta is 18 for non – Maltese residents and 25 for Maltese citizens.

All seats for the “Malta Poker Festival Spring 2025” won via an Online platform MUST be used in the destination tournament “MPF Grand Event Day 1X” from XXth April 2025 in Malta (the “Destination Tournament”). Players can choose from Day-1 flight C to H.

In case a player won multiple seats, they can enter multiple Day 1 events (“MPF Grand Event Day 1X”). Players will only be able to carry over their largest stack into “MPF Grand Event Day 2” on 04 May 2025, should they qualify from multiple Day-1 events in Malta.

The onus is on the player to play the first seat and then arrange transfer to another player if required of additional seats won.

To participate in the revenue mission, players must opt in once for the duration of the mission Qualification Period, as defined below via the poker software.

Maximum amount of “€125 MPF [Mission]” entry tickets issued for completing the revenue mission: 1 per player during the mission Qualification Period.

The revenue mission will award “€125 MPF [Mission]” entry tickets that are valid only in “MPF” package tournaments during the Promotion Duration. “€125 MPF [Mission]” entry tickets expire on the 14/04/2025.

Satellites will award “€0.50 MPF PACKAGE Auto”, “€3 MPF PACKAGE Auto”, “€3 MPF PACKAGE Entry”, “€15 MPF PACKAGE Auto”, “€15 MPF PACKAGE Entry”, “€125 MPF [PACKAGE]”, “€125 MPF [PCKG] Auto”, “€0.25 MPF SEAT Auto”, “€5 MPF SEAT Auto”, “€5 MPF SEAT Entry”, “€50 MPF SEAT Auto”, “€50 MPF SEAT Entry” entry tickets which can only be used in “MPF” Qualifiers related tournaments whilst the Promotion is in progress.  =They expire after the Promotion ends.

Promotional cancellation or variation

We can cancel this promotion or change these terms and conditions where necessary to comply with law or regulation, to prevent fraud or similar unlawful behaviour, or by giving you notice beforehand, if the change or cancellation is for any other valid reason such as a software fault or incorrect terms and conditions. Any such variation or cancellation will not apply to you if you have commenced play in relation to the promotion, prior to the date of the communication of the variation or cancellation.
