How do I qualify?

Play any of the “Irish Open” tournaments, to be able to win a seat or a Package to the Irish Open which plays between the 28^th March and 1^st April 2024.

You can win a “seat only” prize, or a “package prize” as follows:

Package Info

• Total Value of the package: €2,250
• Main Event Buy-In: €1,150
• Spending money including travel expenses: € 1,100.
• It is hereby clarified that the players shall be responsible for booking their own travel & accommodation arrangements and the players shall be solely responsible for making sure their passport is valid and that they have a visa to enter the country of the tournament, if applicable.

Entry Tickets

All entry tickets are valid only in “Irish Open” tournaments during the promotion and expire 2

months after having been issued. After the promotion they will be linked to all tournaments.

Packages and seats are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.

You must play or forfeit the seat. Any taxes, insurance and other expenses relating to the

prize will be the sole responsibility of each winner.

By playing the Irish Open tournaments you declare that you are ready and able to travel to

Dublin (Ireland), in order to participate at the Irish Open event. This includes any and all

documents required for travel to the destination.

All seats for the Irish Poker Open won via an Online platform MUST be used in the destination

tournament “Event 11: Irish Open €1,150 Main Event - €1,000,000 GTD Day 1/B” on 28th March 2024 in Dublin (the “Destination Tournament”).

In case a player won multiple seats, they can enter multiple Day 1 events (“Event 11 Irish Open €1 Million Guaranteed MAIN EVENT €1,150”).

Players will only be able to carry over their largest stack into “Event 11 Irish Open MAIN EVENT €1,150 Day 2” on 8th April 2024, should they qualify from multiple Day-1 events in Dublin.

Every effort must be made by the player to ensure they play / use all seats won. The Operator will facilitate the transfer of seats on an individual basis if required and only if a player bags chips for Day 2.

Under NO circumstances will refunds be issued by the event organisers and\or BoyleSports. All unused seats will be entered automatically into the Destination Tournament.

Satellites will award tickets which can only be used in Irish Open 2024 Qualifiers related tournaments whilst the promotion is in progress. After the promotion ends the tickets will be linked to all tournaments with the corresponding buy in until they expire 2 months after having been issued.

Promotion cancellation or variation

We can cancel this promotion or change these terms and conditions where necessary to comply with law or regulation, to prevent fraud or similar unlawful behaviour, or by giving you notice beforehand, if the change or cancellation is for any other valid reason such as a software fault or incorrect terms and conditions. Any such variation or cancellation will not apply to you if you have commenced play in relation to the promotion, prior to the date of the communication of the variation or cancellation.

If a tournament is cancelled or interrupted, Boylesports will return the buy in or the network tickets to the players and they will be able to register for the next available event. Boylesports will not offer any additional compensation to the players if the event is cancelled or interrupted, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
 

Prohibitions and sanctions

BoyleSports reserve the right to void and/or withhold winnings from free bets and may close the account(s) if there is a legitimate need to amend the offer, such as if it being abused, or is subject to fraudulent activity. Legitimate needs may include but are not limited to: account(s) sharing IP addresses, same family name/address, payment method, bank identification numbers or other common identifiers.
 

BoyleSports reserve the right to exclude and/or limit the availability of this offer to customers,
where necessary to prevent fraud or other similar unlawful behaviour.
