Package Info

• Total Value of the package: €3,000
• Main Event Buy-In: $550 USD / € 472 ($200,000 USD Guaranteed Grand Event)
• Hotel accommodation: 7 nights at the Sheraton San Jose Hotel, Costa Rica (5*)
  • Double room with breakfast for 2 ($1,386 USD / € 1,189). Dates are not flexible.
  • Check in Date: Monday, 26th January 2026
  • Check out Date: Monday, 2nd February 2026
• All-In Friday Players Party entry for 2 persons (details TBC later).
• One total adventure day tour (for 1 person, $282.50 USD / € 242) to choose from the five activities outlined below.

Entry Tickets

• The Costa Rica Poker Festival tournament schedule is subject to change as per Tournament Directors discretion.
• Packages are non-refundable. non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash. You must play or forfeit the package. Any taxes, insurance and other expenses relating to the prize will be the sole responsibility of each winner.
• Please review carefully the content of the package. Packages are provided on an “AS-IS” basis, and Operator shall not be liable in any way whatsoever to any acts or omissions of third party suppliers, including without limitation, airlines, carriage service providers. For the avoidance of any doubt, it is hereby clarified that Operator shall not be responsible in any way for the nature of the event or prizes and their respective quality, and you hereby waive any claim and/or demand in relation thereto.
• By playing the COSTA RICA POKER FESTIVAL 2026 QUALIFIER online tournaments you declare that you are ready and able to travel to Costa Rica, in order to participate at the COSTA RICA POKER FESTIVAL 2026 Live event. This includes any and all documents required for travel to the destination.
• All seats for the “COSTA RICA POKER FESTIVAL 2026” won via an Online platform MUST be used in the destination tournament “CR Main Event Day 1X” from 28th January 2026 in Costa Rica (the “Destination Tournament”). Players can choose any Day-1 flight.
• In case a player won multiple seats, they can enter multiple Day 1 events (“CR Main Event Day 1X”). Players will only be able to carry over their largest stack into “CR Main Event Day 2” on 1st February 2026, should they qualify from multiple Day-1 events in Costa Rica. The onus is on the player to play the first seat and then arrange transfer to another player if required of additional seats won. Players will only be able to carry over their largest stack into “CR Main Event Day 2” on 1^st February 2026, should they qualify from multiple Day-1 events in Costa Rica.
• Every effort must be made by the player to ensure they play / use all seats they qualified for. Under NO circumstances will refunds be issued by the event organisers and\or the Operator.
• Satellites will award “€0.5 CRPF 2026 Step Ticket”, “€5 CRPF 2026 Step Ticket”, “€25 CRPF 2026 Step Ticket” & “€150 CRPF 2026 Package Ticket” entry tickets which can only be used in “COSTA RICA POKER FESTIVAL 2026” Qualifiers related tournaments whilst the Promotion is in progress.

After the Promotion ends the tickets will be linked to all tournaments with the corresponding buy in until they expire 7 days after having been issued.

• By participating in this Promotion, you acknowledge that you have been pre-registered to play with the event organiser, who is considered the data controller. For any privacy related questions, please go to address Data Protection details.
• If a tournament is cancelled or interrupted, Operator will return the buy in or the network tickets to the players and they will be able to register for the next available event. Operator will not offer any additional compensation to the players if the event is cancelled or interrupted, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.

Prohibitions and sanctions

BoyleSports reserve the right to void and/or withhold winnings from free bets and may close the account(s) if there is a legitimate need to amend the offer, such as if it being abused, or is subject to fraudulent activity. Legitimate needs may include but are not limited to: account(s) sharing IP addresses, same family name/address, payment method, bank identification numbers or other common identifiers.
